QJUBA glass plate liquid level gauge is the latest standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. It adopts three types: "transparent", "reflective" and "view mirror". After the improvement, the inlet and outlet ends of the liquid level meter can no longer be installed with other valves, and the intermediate indicator can be removed without stopping the furnace for cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the glass plate. That simplifies installation and saves costs, bringing great convenience to production and maintenance. According to the user's needs, a drain valve can be added to the lower part of the liquid level meter, so that it can be flushed and drained in time.
[Working principle and structural characteristics]
According to the principle of the connector, the liquid level of the medium in the container is guided to the external glass plate level meter; the actual height of the liquid level in the container is read through the transparent glass plate.
This product can also be made into a two-color display without light source, which uses the natural light source's folding and reflection characteristics to form a gas red liquid black display through color filter glass.
Valve stem packing uses flexible graphite pressure ring, which has good sealing performance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Steel balls are installed in the upper and lower valves of the instrument. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the steel balls automatically close the valve flow channel under the pressure of the medium in the container to prevent a large amount of medium from overflowing.
Note 1: The C-flange sealing surface type is selected, and the pressure grades of 2.5MPa and 4.0MPa are 300 # flange and 6.3MPa # flange.
Note 2: The nominal pressure is normal pressure, which can be omitted and not marked.
Note 3: The sight glass type does not indicate the flange sealing surface type, center distance, and sewage outlet code three columns.
