QJUG series glass tube liquid level gauge is mainly used to directly indicate the height of the medium level in various containers.
The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with externally threaded G3 / 4 "(or M27 × 1.5) joints or flanges, which are connected to the corresponding connectors welded to the container, and form a connector with the container. The height of the liquid level in the container can be read directly. Steel balls are installed in the valves at both ends. When the glass tube is damaged outside, the steel ball automatically closes the flow channel under the pressure of the medium in the container to prevent the medium from flowing out.
The eccentric needle valve can be used to clean, repair and replace the glass tube without stopping the furnace. The installation is simple and the cost savings greatly facilitate the production and maintenance.
The lower end of the instrument is equipped with a screw plug or a drain valve, which can be used for sampling or discharging the remaining liquid in the glass tube and cleaning the interior during maintenance.
UBZ-4 parts in contact with the measured medium are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and polytetrafluoroethylene.
